How we run our business
We take pride in our work. Whether you are selecting our most basic service or the most involved, you will get the exact same level of attention to detail. Your complete satisfaction is our goal every time. We require that each customer start off with a Spring/Fall or monthly cleaning. We want to start off knowing the home is spotless and done to our standards before we fall into the regularly scheduled cleans.
We have found our customers like the same people cleaning their homes every time. They get to know and like the crew. We respect this and aim to make that happen every time we clean. We always place at least one of the original team at your home for all scheduled cleans. In the event none of the original team are available on your scheduled day, we will contact you to see if you are comfortable with a totally new group or if you would rather reschedule.
We are bonded and insured, and we provide certificates to every customer that wants them. These will be provided from the insurance company.
There is renewed focus on cleaning now that we are dealing with Covid-19. Cleaning staffs are considered essential and for that reason have been going about their jobs despite the risks. At RVA Deep Clean our number one focus and concern is with the health and safety of our employees and customers. Our employees are screened and tested every four days, and would be sent home if they test positive. Thankfully this has not happened yet. They all practice distancing when in customers homes. They also wear masks and gloves. The gloves are properly discarded after every clean and the masks at the end of each day. These practices will continue for as long as necessary.
The highest risk points are the touch spots in homes such as light switches, door knobs, counter tops, faucets, and handles. With every clean we disinfect every one of these places in all rooms we are asked to clean. Our staff has had training on what to look for and how to properly clean, disinfect, and dispose.
